A personalised programme to improve your sleep quality, which will draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which helps identify and change thoughts and behaviours that affect your sleep and might also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, which encourage acceptance of sleep-related thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that support better sleep. In most cases your programme will address the root causes of your sleep issues, providing sustainable and long-lasting improvements for a restful night’s sleep. We have access to Sleep Psychiatrists where more specialist sleep support is needed.
