With over 17yrs experience, including working in forensic psychiatry and with postgraduate training in clinical decision making, Kat is well versed in assessment and care planning around a person’s holistic wellbeing.
Dr Sidra Chaudhry is Health and Care Professions Council registered as a Practitioner Counselling Psychologist, British Psychological Society, registered as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a Doctorate in Professional Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy and over 10 years’ experience.

Ian is also a workplace mental health activist campaigning for employers to move away from ‘green washing’ with superficial mental health programmes to substantive discussions about the mental health of their workforce and meaningful and impactful employee support programmes. He is active in supporting and counselling those recovering from a workplace related mental health injury.

A graduate of Cambridge and Imperial Medical School, David began his career as a doctor in a busy central London Emergency Department. After several years of front-line medical practice, he transitioned into management, starting with McKinsey & Co.
Returning to the NHS, he gained valuable experience in strategic and operational roles before turning his focus to digital health. He founded his own health app company and went on to hold senior positions, including Chief Medical Officer at Headspace, Vice President at Audible, and Co-Founder & Chief Digital Officer at Closed Loop Medicine—a company using AI to optimise digital and pharmaceutical therapies.
