Mental Wellbeing.

Struggling with our thoughts affects almost all of us at some point. We offer personalised, efficient and effective support which is vital for building resilience or recovery.

Our Advanced Psychotherapy service is for those who primarily want to work through difficulties they're experiencing. We hand match you to a deeply experienced therapist based on your needs.

Those who want intensive support addressing both mind and body together will prefer our Personalised Multimodal service. You will be matched to a multi-disciplinary team lead by a dedicated Client Advocate wholly focused on the outcomes that matter to you.

Both options offer private sessions of world-class, evidence-based services, delivered by expert, outcome-focused specialists. Our insightful and tailored approach fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, ensuring high-quality care on your terms, helping you regain confidence and fully re-engage with your goals.

Discover therapy as it should be — holistic, compassionate and tailored to you.

Personalised Pathways

A ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach rarely works. Instead, we work closely with you to design a personalised therapeutic Pathway with the highest potential for achieving your unique goals. We then take great care in matching you with practitioners whose skills align seamlessly with your needs.

Progress towards outcomes is dynamic, which means that your needs and goals are likely to evolve as you proceed, so we pay tremendous attention to the effectiveness and efficiency of your therapeutic Pathway and work with you to ensure it delivers maximum effect.

Multimodal approach

We think differently, embracing an integrated approach to mental health restoration. By optionally incorporating the elements of sleep, movement, mindfulness, and nutrition alongside tailored therapy, we enhance therapeutic efficacy and expedite your journey toward optimal outcomes.

Our approach

How we treat

At the Lazarus Practice, our approach is meticulously centred around you, dedicated to empowering you with confidence, restoring control over your life, and engaging you fully in the pursuit of your aspirations. Our commitment is to foster your growth through bespoke, transformative experiences.

01

Advanced assessment

Your journey commences with a thorough assessment undertaken by a highly skilled psychological professional. We devote the necessary time to deeply understand your personal experiences, current challenges, and future ambitions. Our exploration extends to your overall wellbeing, encompassing sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness.

02

Matching with our experts

Following the assessment, we craft an initial therapeutic Pathway recommendation, with a core focus on tailored therapeutic support, precisely aligned with your unique needs and circumstances. We then carefully match you with a therapist, and optionally specialists in the other modalities of sleep, nutrition, movement and mindfulness, all having the experience and expertise best suited to support you, ensuring a transformative impact on your life.

03

Progress towards outcomes

Acknowledging the non-linear nature of personal growth, we continuously refine your therapeutic Pathway in response to new insights, evolving disclosures, and progress towards your goals. We collaborate closely with you to ensure your Pathway remains optimally tailored, supported by the most suitable experts.

04

Enduring relationships

We recognise that the pursuit of mental well-being is a continuous journey rather than a final destination. In light of life’s inherent unpredictability, we offer a reliable and supportive network for navigating challenges. Even after the formal end of a Pathway, you will have access to a dedicated support team, providing expedited assistance and facilitating reconnection with significant support as needed, informed by your prior engagements with us.

This website will be updated regularly as we launch new offerings to address these needs.
